Press a key - Axilio

Some steps need a key press instead of a tap. Enter is the named key for everyday use; see Key for the full set.

CLI
Python SDK
Go SDK

axilio phone tap --query "the Search field"
axilio phone type "axilio"
axilio phone key enter

from axilio.drivers.mobile import Key

driver.get_by_text("Search").fill("axilio")
driver.key_press(Key.ENTER)

if _, err := driver.GetByText("Search").Fill("axilio"); err != nil {
    log.Fatal(err)
}
if err := driver.KeyPress(mobile.KeyEnter); err != nil {
    log.Fatal(err)
}

Key presses travel over the session’s Device Control Protocol connection. They are not REST operations. To type characters into a field, use Type instead.
