Billing

Billing and usage are related but separate:

• Usage shows phone sessions, aggregate spend, and individual inference charges.
• Balance, credits, and invoices explains available credit, purchases, expiration, and payment records.
• Current plan and plan changes appear on the Billing page. The current organization plan appears in the summary near the top. Click Change Plan to open the plan-selection modal. Its muted gray style does not mean it is disabled. There is no separate Plans page or tab in the dashboard.
• Dedicated phone pricing shows the current daily, weekly, and monthly rental prices.

Organization plans and dedicated rentals

An organization plan is an account-level setting shown on the dashboard’s Billing page. It can determine account terms such as included credit, concurrency, and usage pricing. The Change Plan modal shows the options available to your organization without navigating away from Billing. The page’s tabs are Dedicated Phones, Invoices, and Preferences. A dedicated rental reserves one specific phone for a daily, weekly, or monthly period. It is separate from the organization plan. See Dedicated phone pricing for the customer-facing rental offering.
