One entry in runs creates one run. Its unique run ID is also used as the session ID when the phone starts it.

Queue a run

  1. Open Workflows.
  2. Select the workflow and click Run.
  3. Choose Run Now.
  4. Choose Use Dedicated Phones, then select one or more phones.
  5. Set Number of Runs and Queue Timeout (min), then start the run.
start_timeout_seconds is the number of seconds a queued run may wait for a phone before Axilio cancels it. The accepted range is 60–86,400 seconds. The default is 300. The dashboard sends its visible 30-minute queue timeout unless you change it.
Runs queue immediately. The current public request contract has no future start time or recurring schedule. In Workflows, choose Run Now; do not rely on the visible Schedule option.

Run in parallel

Create one run entry per execution:
Concurrency and phone availability determine how many runs execute at once. The remainder stay queued until a phone becomes available or their start timeout expires.

Select dedicated phones

Set phone_id on each run entry when that run must use one exact dedicated phone:
  1. Open Workflows, select the workflow, and click Run.
  2. Choose Run Now and set Number of Runs.
  3. Enable Use Dedicated Phones and select one or more active, idle phones.
  4. Set Queue Timeout (min) and start the run.
When you select fewer phones than runs, Axilio assigns the selected phones to runs in round-robin order.
Axilio stores and delivers run variables to workflow code as plaintext. Do not put passwords, API keys, or other secrets in variables.
