Use the run ID returned at creation time. For a workflow run, that run ID is also the session ID. Phone and session details populate after Axilio allocates the phone; the ID does not change.

List and inspect runs

Open Runs, choose your organization, and filter by workflow, trigger, or status. Open a run to inspect its session, phone, recording, and Telemetry.

Watch a run

runs watch streams the run’s session Telemetry until the terminal status. It replays retained frames first when necessary, then resumes the live stream:
In JSON mode, output is newline-delimited JSON: one object per frame followed by a final watch_end summary. It is not one JSON document. You can also follow a session directly:
See Get started with Telemetry for SDK helpers and retained-data behavior.

Cancel a queued or running run

Open Runs, select the run, and click Cancel. A completed, failed, or already canceled run is already terminal.

Read history and statistics

Recent runs and historical reporting are separate queries. Use history for a bounded time window and statistics for a workflow’s total and success rate.
success_rate is a fraction from 0 to 1. Its denominator is completed plus failed runs. total_runs counts every lifecycle state.
