An organization owns its phones, sessions, workflows, runs, files, API keys, usage, and billing. An API key selects one organization for Python SDK, Go SDK, and REST API requests. OAuth CLI sessions can switch among the organizations your user belongs to.

Select an organization

Use the organization switcher in the dashboard sidebar. Dashboard URLs include the selected organization’s slug.Open Settings → General to inspect the selected organization.
The Python SDK, Go SDK, and REST API do not provide a runtime organization selector when you authenticate with an API key. The credential determines the organization. To access another organization, use a key issued by that organization and create another SDK client or change the REST credential.
X-Axilio-Org selects an organization only for CLI OAuth requests. It is ignored when you authenticate with an API key, even if an SDK lets you add custom request headers.

Read the organization descriptor

Available fields differ by interface. The SDKs and REST API return the full public organization descriptor.
Open Settings → General after selecting the organization. The admin-only page shows the organization’s name, slug, ID, creation date, and additional account information. It is a dashboard summary, not the exact public API descriptor. For example, it does not show plan_name.
Renaming an organization and changing its members or invitations are dashboard-only actions. The public API can read member and invitation summaries but cannot mutate them.
